MNA Advisory provides professional people and organization advisory services through PT Mitra Nara Artha.

Our Professional Services Terms & Conditions set out the general terms that apply to engagements between MNA Advisory and our clients, where those terms are expressly referenced in an applicable Proposal & Quotation, Statement of Work, engagement letter, or other engagement document.

These Terms are intended to provide a clear and consistent framework for how we work with our clients while allowing each engagement to be tailored to its specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and commercial arrangements.
What the Terms Cover
The Professional Services Terms & Conditions include provisions relating to:

client responsibilities and project dependencies;

changes to scope and additional work;

professional fees, invoicing, taxes, and external costs;

review and acceptance of deliverables;

confidentiality and protection of information;

personal data protection;

intellectual property rights;

professional standards and reliance on client information;

limitation of liability;

suspension and termination;

consultants, associates, subcontractors, and third parties;

force majeure;

electronic communications and approvals; and
-
governing law and dispute resolution.

The specific scope, Deliverables, Professional Fees, timeline, payment schedule, assumptions, and other commercial arrangements for each engagement will be set out separately in the applicable engagement document.
When These Terms Apply
These Terms do not automatically apply merely because you visit our website, contact MNA Advisory, or request information about our services.

They become applicable to a professional engagement when the relevant engagement document expressly refers to the MNA Advisory Professional Services Terms & Conditions.
​
Once incorporated into an accepted engagement document, the applicable full version of the Terms forms part of the agreement between MNA Advisory and the Client.
​
If a separate agreement has been executed for a particular engagement, the terms of that agreement will apply in accordance with its provisions.

For engagements involving clients in Indonesia, the Bahasa Indonesia version is intended to serve as the primary version. The English version is provided for convenience and reference.
​
In the event of any inconsistency between the Bahasa Indonesia and English versions, the Bahasa Indonesia version will prevail, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing in the applicable engagement document.
Version Control
MNA Advisory may update its Professional Services Terms & Conditions from time to time.
​
Each published version will contain a version number and effective date.
​
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an existing engagement will continue to be governed by the version of the Terms identified in or applicable to the engagement document when that engagement was accepted.
​
Publication of a later version will not by itself modify the terms of an existing engagement.
