MNA Advisory provides HR consulting and people & organization services for businesses that need to build, improve, or run their HR systems.Our services include organization design, workforce planning, recruitment and headhunting, talent assessment, KPI and performance management, job grading and salary structure, HR policies and SOPs, HR compliance, payroll, BPJS, HR administration, HRIS, and employee relations.We can support a specific HR project or provide broader ongoing support depending on your business needs.

We work with companies at different stages of growth, including startups, SMEs, growing businesses, foreign companies operating in Indonesia, and established organizations.Some clients may not yet have an internal HR team. Others already have HR staff but need additional capacity, specialist expertise, or support for a particular HR project.MNA can complement an existing HR team rather than replace it.

From there, we can help identify the root issue, prioritize what needs attention, and recommend an appropriate scope of work.Our approach typically moves from assessment and problem definition to solution design and implementation.
